1. 01Tell us before you order

   Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when enquiring. We will confirm what we can accommodate before your booking is accepted. The enquiry form has a dedicated field for this, and you can also raise it with us on WhatsApp.

2. 02What we can offer

   Eggless and vegan cakes are available on request for most designs. Gluten-free requests are taken where the design allows and are subject to confirmation. Other dietary requests are considered individually — ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

3. 03What we cannot promise

   We do not describe any cake or ingredient as guaranteed free from a particular allergen unless we have confirmed that with you directly for your specific order. If an allergy is severe, please discuss it with us in detail before ordering so we can tell you whether we are the right choice for your celebration.

4. 04Ingredients

   We can tell you what goes into your specific cake before you confirm it. Ask us and we will go through it with you.
