These terms explain how ordering works. They are deliberately short and cover only what we can state clearly today.
Sending an order request or enquiry through this website starts a conversation. It does not confirm a booking and it does not create a contract. Your booking is confirmed only when we have agreed the design, size, date and details with you directly and told you it is confirmed.
We do not publish prices on this website. We quote each cake individually, based on the design, size, finish and date. We will always give you a price before you commit to anything.
Every cake is handmade, so small variations between the photograph and the finished cake are normal and expected. Where you send us another baker's photograph, we will create our own version inspired by it rather than an exact copy.
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you enquire. We will confirm what we can accommodate before your booking is accepted. We do not describe any cake as guaranteed free from a particular allergen unless we have confirmed that with you directly.
Collection is from Hayes, West London; we confirm the exact address and a time window with you once your cake is booked. Delivery is available subject to location and booking — we confirm whether we can deliver to your postcode, and what it costs, before you commit.
If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us as soon as you can and we will tell you what is still possible. Specific deposit, change and cancellation terms are agreed with you at the point of booking.
