Sending the form starts the conversation rather than confirming the booking. We will come back to you to agree the design, size and details, and confirm your booking once everything is settled.

Small changes are often possible if there is enough time before your date. Message us as soon as you know and we will tell you what can still be adjusted.

Yes — eggless cakes are available on request. Choose the eggless option when you enquire and we will confirm it with your booking.

Vegan cakes are available on request. Let us know when you enquire and we will confirm what we can do for your design and date.

We take gluten-free requests where the design allows, subject to confirmation. Please raise it at the enquiry stage so we can talk it through before your booking is accepted.

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when enquiring. We will confirm what we can accommodate before your booking is accepted. We do not describe any cake as guaranteed free from a particular allergen unless we have confirmed that with you directly.

We offer both collection and delivery. Add your postcode to your enquiry and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you and what the cost would be before you commit.

We are based in Hayes, West London, and regularly make cakes for celebrations across Hayes, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, West Drayton, Southall, Ealing and the surrounding areas.

Collection is from Hayes, West London. Once your cake is booked we will confirm the exact collection address and a time window with you directly.

Please do — it is the fastest way for us to understand what you have in mind. You can upload cake photos, invitations, decorations or colour palettes at the inspiration step of the enquiry form, or send them to us on WhatsApp.

We can usually work from a photo as inspiration and create our own version of it for your celebration. We will always tell you upfront if something is not possible, and we will not copy another baker's work exactly.

Absolutely. Every cake on this site can be used as a starting point — open any design and choose Create Something Similar to change the colours, wording, size or details for your own celebration.
